Peskane, the evolution of Pesky, is limited in speed compared to its pre-evolution Pesky. This is made up for in strength, particularly in its retractable claws. Peskane also utilises its tail to quickly propel itself out of the water, allowing the creature to surprise and attack nearby enemies on land and in the air.

You may have noticed a lack of updates on Capture Creatures lately! We’ve been hard at work on preparing the print release of Tiny Kitten Teeth, the online comic we’ve been working on for over three years. We’ve also been making a number of comic convention appearances in Seattle, New York and Toronto (as well as another couple coming up in Vancouver and Chicago)!

Regular updates to Capture Creatures will resume in two weeks! Don’t worry, we will definitely be catching up, so you won’t miss out on any creatures in the long run!

Toveawhile is a cold-blooded creature that spends most of its time sunning itself on riverbanks. In evolves at an advanced age it takes on a more elongated appearance. Although peaceful, Toveawhile utilises its heavy tail as a clubbing weapon and swimming aid. The bubbles it crafts also create a loud sonic attack upon impact.

We’re finally making a book of our hand-painted online comic Tiny Kitten Teeth, but we need your help to make it happen! Head over to our Kickstarter now!

We want this to be the most beautiful book we could possibly make. Clocking in at over 110 pages, this large hardcover is going to feature brand new re-scans of the comic.

Evolved from the starter creature Axipoddle, Lilipaddle’s transformation begins when its tail pod sprouts leaves. This sturdy tail appendage can then be used as a shield in battle. Similarly, the pod antenna atop its head sprouts into a flowered leaf. Although vulnerable, this leaf allows Lilipaddle to sense otherwise concealed creatures.

Earthine are frequently domesticated creatures, particularly sought after for their grassy wool. During the rainy seasons, Earthine remains entirely still, sinking into the ground slowly, where it will hibernate for the winter. Its emergence from this slumber can be rather alarming to nearby creatures and is often mistaken for an earthquake.

Peskys body neither has the scales of an amphibious creature nor the fur of a feline, instead it is covered in downy feathers more akin to an avian infant. Despite its appearance as part fish, its tail acts more like a paddle than a rudder, limiting its movement. Peskys meows also act as sonar.

Hey Chad! Sorry I haven’t updated Sand Pail Tail in about a million years. I’m hoping to get back to it soon. I pretty much always use Staedtler Mars Lumograph 2B and 6B pencils. I really like Blackwings, but I almost never use them, since they are never at the local art supply store.

Cramster may appear to be a rather hungry fellow, but his cheek pouches are not full of food! Cramsters mostly chews on rocks to hone the flat, clamping teeth they use to dig tunnels through tree roots and rocks.
